Call other close family members
Call your funeral director (no matter what time of day it is).
Look for important documents. Including will, social security card, veteran's papers, marriage and birth certificates, prearranged funeral documents.
Call the insurance agent, the employer, the attorney, the accountant or financial advisor, and all organizations the deceased belonged to.

Pre-Arrangement

Funeral pre-planning can assist in emotional as well as financial well being of family members who have suffered the loss of a loved one.

During the pre-arrangement process you will meet with the funeral director to establish your wishes.
